The first step of healing begins by understanding that you are in a safe, loving and trustworthy environment, where anything you have to share is worthy to be heard and fully understood. We get to know you by your speech and come up with goals which act as a guide for your full recovery.
Understand and breakdown your story
While listening to your story using empathy, we pick on the narrative in your mind that you hold dearly as an identity. We start by asking what this means to you and explore it to its depth.
Acknowledgement
With questioning and diving deeper into origins of personal issues, we make up certain realizations that were not clear previously. Fully understanding what we need to do to liberate ourselves from everything holding us back.
Self Acceptance
The last step and the most impactful of them all, since it's personal and self liberating, some call it nirvana, others awareness but for us its just integration of our inner child. This is where after our session, you develop grace to fully heal yourself and accept who you truly are and how unstoppable and great you can be.
