A break.<\/p>\n
A loss.<\/p>\n
But then\u2014slowly\u2014you figure out what to do next.<\/p>\n
You get up.<\/p>\n
Even if it\u2019s just to brush your teeth.<\/p>\n
Even if it\u2019s just to breathe differently.<\/p>\n
Because trying again doesn\u2019t mean the failure didn\u2019t hurt.<\/p>\n
It just means you won\u2019t let it define you.<\/p>\n
You\u2019re not broken.<\/p>\n
You\u2019re not done.<\/p>\n
